The site publishes guides on airport lounges, travel credit cards, lounge access programs, and trusted traveler programs (such as Global Entry and TSA PreCheck) for frequent flyers.
JetKonnect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Express, Chase, Capital One, Citibank, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines, TSA, CBP, Priority Pass, or any other card issuer, airline, lounge operator, or government agency mentioned on this site.
2. What JetKonnect Is — and Is Not
JetKonnect publishes airport planning and travel information for educational and informational purposes. It is not:
- A financial advisor or credit counselor
- A legal advisor or immigration attorney
- A bank, card issuer, or financial institution
- An official spokesperson for any lounge network, airline, or government program
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, investment, immigration, or tax advice. Content about credit cards, annual fees, welcome bonuses, lounge access rules, and government programs is provided for general information only. Card terms, benefit values, lounge access rules, guest fees, visit caps, government program fees, and enrollment requirements change. 3. Affiliate Relationships and Commercial Disclosure

4. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep content accurate and up to date. However:
- Card benefits, fees, and bonuses change. Annual fees, welcome bonuses, lounge access rules, guest fees, visit caps, and authorized user policies can be updated by card issuers at any time, sometimes without notice.
- Lounge access rules change. Capacity restrictions, Priority Pass acceptance, operating hours, and lounge locations change. A lounge that accepted a card last month may not accept it today.
- Government program fees and rules change. Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, CLEAR, and NEXUS enrollment fees, renewal fees, eligibility rules, and appointment availability change.
- Community reports reflect past experiences. Traveler reports we cite from Reddit, FlyerTalk, Tripadvisor, Yelp, and Google Reviews were accurate when collected. They do not guarantee the same experience at a future date.
We use a source verification and content review schedule (described in our Methodology) to re-verify content on a regular basis. Despite these efforts, we cannot guarantee that all information on this site is current, complete, or accurate at the moment you read it.
Always verify directly with the issuer, lounge, airline, or government agency before making a financial decision or travel plan based on content from this site.
5. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetKonnect provides this website and all content “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

We do not warrant that any credit card application will be approved, that any lounge will grant access at the door, or that any government program enrollment will succeed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetKonnect and Hank Cai will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

- A denied credit card application
- Lounge access being denied at the door
- A government program enrollment delay, denial, or fee change
- A missed flight, travel disruption, or financial loss connected to information on this site
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in content on this site
This limitation applies even if JetKonnect was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
